Low Inventory of Homes

It is really unusual to see such fewer homes on the market for April 

Time is of the essence” for both Buyers and Sellers.  Buyers need to have their financing in order, pre approval letter in hand (or working on it) and Sellers should have their home in tip-top-shape.
